The outdoor environment places a new dimension of training into your healthy lifestyle program by incorporating the varied landscape and fresh air along with a well thought out training program. We have identified the different styles of training and bring them to you as separate programs. This enhances the quality of your training session and ultimately brings you greater results faster.
The indoor environment brings an all weather facility that gives you the opportunity to use a well equipped functional training studio enhancing your specific training on target muscle groups. Air conditioned with change room/shower facilities you can get a super group session before you head for work.
Group training is the ideal environment for training where a program can be mastered to challenge your body in a setting amongst peers who share similar inspiration, motivation and aspirations.
By purchasing a 6 pack you can book into any of the sessions on the timetable, note that booking are essential.
All members must be individually assessed prior to starting your group training. This is to guide you to the most appropriate groups and to get to know you better so can avoid injury, providing you with a safe and enjoyable program.
