Our promise: To facilitate change through a holistic approach, identifying a persons needs and working with them specifically to integrate new knowledge, values, and core beliefs resulting in a healthier lifestyle, by enriching ones' physical condition in a nurturing environment.

A lifestyle is made up of commitments such as work and family and factors such as passions, values and core beliefs, or a conglomeration of decisions based on core beliefs, values and knowledge.

A healthy balance will be based upon the perception of such elements. Base knowledge of nutrition, exercise and well being will ultimately position your perception on a continuum of over all health and well being. Although your personal lifestyles decisions are chosen carefully there may be further knowledge and understanding to gain that will lead to better lifestyle decisions. Ultimately leading to change!

Active Lifestyles facilitates change through understanding ones personal perceived balance, values and core beliefs of their lifestyle. In better understanding this we can challenge elements of the lifestyle being lead and create change. Life should be balanced with exercise, nutrition, family friends and work.

Active Lifestyles has identified a 3 step process to facilitate this change along with our comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire plus the physical and postural assessments we feel that we are able to really understand a clients needs.
