Did you know that a child will have developed 90% of their neuro-muscular coordination by the age of 14yrs old! It will take another 6+yrs to fully develop and hone their skills.
Active Lifestyles has been working with children as young as 8 for the past 10yrs.
Most common issues are:
- 01 Hypermobility: meaning that the joints are lux and supple beyond control. Leading to a lack of coordination and confidence on the sporting arena.
- 02 Obesity: We are now entering the 4th generation that has been exposed to fast food habbits and a generation who not of a life with out Broadband internet.
- 03 Lack of self beleif: Kids are not beiing exposed to all facets of movement from early child hood due to our over protective and litigious society, break our kids free from this mould and they will start to believe in their own abilities.
