This course is off the wall with exact simulating exercises for winter play time.
Hosted by Ben Johnson (BJ), an ex-professional half pipe boarder and freestyle rider you couldn't get a more qualified trainer for this job.
Ski and Board Riding require;
- balance
- rotational strength
- leg endurance
- weight transfer
Our Program addresses these elements better preparing you for the elements!
Time
- Saturdays at 7am
- There are two other sessions that will work for you, they just aren't as specific as Snowfit * Tuesdays 6.30pm * Wednesdays 5.30am
