Learn how to live a balanced life through the power of knowledge and understanding food options

we are not nutritionists, we are experts in human functional movement and the science of training the body. Although we are passionate about food and as such we can teach you alot. If we sense there is something greater, more complex at work then we will refer to either a Natropath or a Nutrionist

Nutrition is an extremely large topic and there are websites devoted to it, So i would like to outline some of our beleifs around nutriion and the guidelines that we work with.

Step 1

  • we must understand your current postion and request that an indepth food diary be recorded for us to study
  • we take small and progressive steps to a better way of life
  • we use basic take home principle such as acronimes like C.R.A.P

  • C. Caffine; please note that i am a self confessed Caffine or rather a small strong latte drinker. we are not referring to a complete absinence from caffine but rather the affects and what is reasonable
  • R. Refined; foods that have been taken from the original state and ground to more refined state, eg. white sugar and flour
  • A. Alcohol; again i love a red. What we look for is a pattern and gradually we change it
  • P. Processed food are largely anything that is packaged...this is where the food group/s have been put through a process to an end product that has been deemed a source of nutirion. eg. pasta, bread, breakfast cereals, snack bars, buscuits etc.
